MCUAV is collecting name and email address in case there’s need to contact you as the event nears. MCUAV will not share your contact information with our hosts at LeGrand AV. Results of this form will be shared with them as an overall headcount and as count of people reporting each type of dietary need for catering purposes. When you arrive for the event, LeGrand AV will have their own sign-in process with opt-on or opt-out communication preferences.
What is your work email address?
Would you like to join for pizza the night before? We’ll convene starting at 5:30pm CT.
